Returns and Exchanges

Our After Sales Policy is quite simple:

  • My product has developed a fault?
    • ¬†Email us using the below form
    • We will either:
    1. Send the necessary part to rectify.
    2. Return to base for inspection and repair.
    3. Return for a full refund or replacement.
  • I no longer want the product I ordered?
    • Please email the below form to organise an RMA. You can then return to us using https://www.parcel2go.com/ for a full refund.
  • I am missing a part or having difficulty assembling my product?
    • Please email the below form and we will be happy to take you through.
  • What kind of warranty is on your products?
    • All our products carry a 6-month warranty. If after 6 months your product develops a fault we will also be happy to help fix. We carry spares for all our popular products and also can be ordered at the customer’s request.
